Meet Our Founders

Flourish Autism Services is proudly owned and operated by two Board Certified Behavior Analysts whose combined backgrounds in business, leadership, and Applied Behavior Analysis bring a unique and compassionate approach to care. With a shared passion for supporting children and families, they are committed to empowering clients to flourish by providing individualized, evidence-based services and fostering meaningful connections within the communities they serve. Their mission is to partner with families throughout their autism journey, helping every child reach their fullest potential.

Meet Cassidee

Cassidee is a proud wife to her husband Cody and devoted mother to their only son. She enjoys taking her son on adventures to places such as the zoo, local parks, and community events. When she isn't out on an adventure with her son, she appreciates quiet time spent at home with the family pets.

Born and raised in Coleman, Cassidee is an alumna of Coleman High School. She completed her Bachelor's and Master's degrees while living in the Upper Peninsula, where she began her career in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). She worked her way up the ladder in ABA, beginning as a behavior technician and ending at business ownership as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

With over a decade of experience, Cassidee notes that all clients have one thing in common: the need for individualized treatment and caregiver support. She believes that ABA should be collaborative, including input from all involved: the individual, their guardian(s), outside counselors, school staff, etc. Cassidee balances the needs of each client and their unique circumstances to develop a treatment plan that is functional both inside and outside of the clinic.

Cassidee co-founded Flourish to give back to the community she grew up in. She hopes to provide services that will create meaningful and lasting impact for clients, their families, and subsequently the community.

Meet Emma

Emma is the proud mom of two rambunctious boys and shares her busy family life with her husband, Kyle. She is a dedicated supporter of the local Mt. Pleasant hockey community, where both of her sons—and her brother—play. When she’s not cheering from the stands, Emma enjoys baking and is known for bringing homemade treats to share with clients and staff.

A longtime member of the Mt. Pleasant community, Emma graduated from Mt. Pleasant High School and spent more than a decade building a successful career in Human Resources before discovering her passion for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and helping children and families. Her background in HR provided her with invaluable experience in leadership, relationship building, and supporting others—skills that continue to shape her work today. Inspired by the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families, Emma made the transition into the field of ABA and eventually went on to co-found Flourish.

Emma has dedicated her career to serving her community, supporting numerous nonprofit organizations and advocating for positive change. She remains committed to helping individuals and families thrive while making a lasting impact in the Mt. Pleasant community and beyond.

Our Story

Built on Friendship & Shared Values

Emma and Cassidee quickly formed a strong friendship and discovered they shared many of the same values, passions, and goals—both personally and professionally. Their complementary strengths and shared vision created the perfect foundation for what would become Flourish Therapy Solutions, LLC. Driven by a mutual passion for helping others and an entrepreneurial spirit, they transformed their idea into a thriving practice in less than a year.

As equal partners, Emma and Cassidee have built Flourish with collaboration, community, and family at its core. By establishing two locations, they have created opportunities to serve and give back to the hometown communities that have shaped them, ensuring that Flourish remains deeply rooted in the people and places they care about most.
